Die Less Die Cutting

In an effort to accommodate all of our customers needs and future growth, H. Loeb has installed a Gerber Die Less Cutter. The Gerber Die Less Cutter allows us to die cut larger materials without the use of dies, lowering costs for prototyping. The addition of the Gerber
Die Less Cutter allows us to cut plastics that were previously unable to be cut using routing bits.

With over 60 years of experience, we are pleased to add this new capability and are cutting fiberglass board and fabric, plastic, acrylic, PVC, Lexan, Coroplast, polystyrene and felt. Cuts are from 72" in diameter - parts as large as 74" X 120".
