We serve our customers with a complete selection of die cutting equipment, capable of meeting every die cutting need. We use our range of presses from a 25-ton punch clicker to a 110-ton flatbed press to die cut a variety of standard or customer-provided materials. Our largest die cutting machinery is equipped with either a 41.3” x 78.7” flat bed diecutter or a 28” x 38” platen press die cutter. For high volume products, we have high speed die cutting capabilities with our Clam Shell equipment as well as SCHOEN Automatic Die Cutter to produce tens of thousands parts that meet your needs.

Kiss Cut: H. Loeb Corporation possess premium kiss cutting capabilities which allow us to cut through every layer of the adhesive backed materials except for the bottom lining layer. This allows adhesive back parts to be removed from the backing liners more easily, which would be beneficial for your productivity.

Crease Cut: Another strength that H. Loeb Corporation offers is the ability to crease cut a part that can be easily folded without cutting through the material.

Custom Die Cutting: H. Loeb Corporation also has capabilities of prototyping by providing advice based on our experience and technical expertise to meet your exact specifications. Our team designs and manufactures your specific custom dies according to print taking into consideration the best yield of the raw material ensuring you the most accurate part at the most competitive price. Common tolerances for steel rule die are +/- .010’’ and depending on the materials we can hold +/- 0.005”. You can depend on H. Loeb Corporation for prompt turn-around and delivery. After prototype approval, custom die cutting orders are typically shipped within 10 working days.
